Sean has over 30 years of U.S. and international entrepreneurial and professional institutional and HNW individual/family office investment management experience. Beginning in the late 1990s, he co-founded and served as principal officer of a successful U.S. commercial real estate enterprise based in Century City, Los Angeles. He raised tens of millions in private equity capital and managed several hundred million dollars in income-producing commercial real property assets, both pre-existing value-add properties and ground-up development projects, located across the U.S. and later in Shanghai, China. Throughout the 2000s, Sean co-sponsored and served as President and Chief Financial Officer of multiple private equity commercial real estate investment funds and two public REITs. Based in Beverly Hills, CA, he also opened and oversaw investor client relationship management offices in NYC, Miami, Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, Montevideo, Santiago, London, Dublin, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Sean has been a California licensed real estate broker with offices in Beverly Hills for many years and was formerly a registered investment advisor and private investment banker including with two major Wall Street firms. Prior to his career in real estate, Sean was a founding executive officer in a software/information technology business acquired in the mid-1990s by a multi-billion dollar publicly-traded acquiror. Following this, while he began to acquire residential real properties as investment assets, he also advised the board of a digital media business funded by and partnered with Broadcom and FOX Sports. During these years, he also served other Fortune 50 clientele as a management consultant. Sean resides primarily in Southern California but also has residence in New York and he is the proud father of three terrific adults who reside in New Jersey. In the 1980s at the beginning of his professional life, Sean worked full-time in construction and as a professional musician in NYC, working his way through college and receiving his B.A. degree in English from the City University of New York. He much later attended the Drucker Graduate School of Management E.M.B.A. program at Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, California.
