Kevin McGuirk is a Northern California native, originally from Oakland and graduating from University of California, Davis. He has also lived in Los Angeles CA, and Austin TX, giving him a well-rounded perspective. Kevin has experience in solar energy, and high-tech sales where he employs value-based, and relationship-based interactions. He is based in East Sacramento, and enjoys paddle boarding, wakesurfing, motorcycles, wine tasting, art galleries, and snowshoeing. He also occasionally fosters dogs from the Sacramento County shelter.

Kevin knows the complexities and uncertainties you may face as a first-time homebuyer, seller, or experienced investor as he has been through these himself. He and his family lost their home in the 1991 Oakland Hills fire and truly understands the emotional connection with a home.
