Over the past 15 years Michael has planned, designed and executed over 10 million dollars worth of home remodeling, personally put together countless loans, and has remodeled and rented multiple properties throughout Sacramento region. As the owner of multiple rentals in midtown Sacramento, along with working with numerous investors in Northern California you can be rest assured that Michael will be able to assist you from start to finish.

Michael started working in real estate over 20 years ago in the remodeling business. Beginning his career as a laborer and later installer, he soon was promoted again and rose to be one of the top home remodeling sales people in the country. During this time Michael founded his own property management company in LA which had over 40 properties in contract within the first 6 months of business. Michael has now transitioned into the position of Realtor whilst maintaining and growing his own investments. Michael still consults part time for one of the nation’s largest home remodeling companies and maintains relationships across the state.

During his time off his wife and him love to travel, often leaving the country several times a year. He has been to all 50 states and ~35 countries. His favorite city is Budapest.
